I want to use ms powerpoint, ms word, ms access, ms excel into our Chromebook, while editing, creating,e-mailing,documenting and storing any information. Most of the students and employees are working on it. Can’t install any web supported apps instead of it you may install Mobile/Android Apps through Google Playstore. We have to follow some steps to install Microsoft 365 :
- Open Google Platystore.
- Select your required apps like word,powerpoint,excel and install it.
- Once open your installed App.
- Then, we have to sign up for a Microsoft Account.
After completion of your MS 365 Account, do whatever you want. This is a basic view and editing the files in Android/Mobile Apps. If you want an advanced option login with your Office 365 Account if it is already you have, otherwise you want to take Subscription.
What are the advantages of Chromebook?
Small in size to carry wherever you want and very low price to buy anyone.Some of the advantages are :
Battery : It has a longer battery life up to 10 hrs compared to normal laptops.
Security : Chromebook takes most security, By ChromOS takes the multiple security layers with sandboxing and automatic updation to your device and protects from virus and malwares .
Cost : Chromebook is much cheaper than the other laptops.
Process or speed : Chromebook has very fast functionality while updating the Softwares, Applications, Tools and Apps until the expiration dates and also it is very built in functionality that ChromeOS Google gave to us.
Offline Sources : If there is no internet connection you have to edit and write the documents and also read it. Do some activities like play music, games, watching downloaded movies and working with Apps.
Cloud Storage : Any important file is stored into your cloud and later has to access/open via another device. This is the biggest advantage of Chromebook.
Lightweight : Chromebooks are very less weight compared to laptops, we can carry them to students and travellers.
What are the disadvantages of Chromebook?
Chromebook has everything done online, otherwise very limited and with less capability.
Storage : It has limited storage (32gb to 64 gb), Not much storage in Chromebook. It is a cloud storage capability. Do you want external storage! There are no hard drives and ssd cards.
Gaming : Chromebook doesn’t have that much RAM, CPU and Hard Disk. Limited games are played very less. High resolution and high 3D animated games won’t be runned in the Chromebook, I want to have a stable graphic card.
High Software : Can’t work heavy 3D animated modeling softwares and video editing are not supported.
Internet connection : Chromebook wants an internet connection to store the data and rely the data in cloud storages , otherwise it has limited working areas.
Can I print from a Chromebook?
I have a doubt? Chromebook can print. Yes, It is possible to print the data. By using USB cable supported printers only, not everyone can work. Some printers have the Wifi connection and wireless connections nowadays technology has been updated.

Yes, it has the bluetooth technology at the bottom right of our Chromebook.Chromebook doesn’t support any bluetooth supported printers and it is not possible. Chromebook has bluetooth technology but doesn’t support printer connection capability.
Can I add RAM to my chromebook?
Chromebook is not supported to add RAM, Because it is soldered RAM it means innovation of a computer that is permanently attached. There is no space to add RAM and also there is eMMC(embedded Multi-Media Card) Chip. It is not upgradable.
Can I install Android apps in my Chromebook?
I want to install android apps into my chromebook. I want to check whether the Google Play store is available or not along with the updated version Google ChromeOS. Only supported android apps installed after checking privacy and policy. Here installation steps to follow :
